BCGBA Member Form

People new to bowling have to use the BCGBA form to get a registration number.  Note this is not a club form and is used for all registration number applications within Lancashire clubs.

When completing the application please enter the Club Registration number for Edgworth BC, which is LAN 126/24/CL in the appropriate boxes at the top right of the form.
