Each year, Edgworth Bowling Club hosts its much-anticipated Away Day—a chance for members to enjoy friendly competition in a relaxed setting, complete with a delicious lunch.
This year, the club stayed closer to home, visiting the Waggon and Horses in Hawkshaw, where members were warmly welcomed and treated to excellent hospitality throughout the day.
The competition proved lively, with Peter Oakes emerging as the overall winner. Our Chairman, Kerry Holt, secured the runner-up position. Prizes were presented by Club Secretary Andy Warman, who also did a fantastic job organising the event.
