This is a gentle reminder that the Club’s AGM will be held this coming Friday (16th) in the Barlow library starting at 6:30pm.
Pie and peas will be available for you to enjoy, provided by the ever dependable Sam.
The final draft version of the Club Constitution, which contains some minor amendments to that previously sent out, can be downloaded from the Members’ Area, along with the previous Constitution for comparison. This is the final version that we will be looking to formally adopt at the meeting. Many thanks to those who have contributed to this process. The minutes of the 2023 AGM are also in the Members’ area for approval at the AGM.
Note also that 4 nominations for Committee members were received before the deadline of Wednesday 7th February, all of whom are existing Committee members seeking re-election.
I will open this year’s 50 Club after the meeting and you can join up by cash or bank transfer, at £12 per number.
A reminder that the Folk Club are using the main hall and the Reading Room bar will be open after our meeting.
