Congratulations to everyone who took part in the Ladies’ Championship this afternoon and especially to the winner, Carol Middlefell, runner up Susan Beswick and semi-finalists, Barbara Butterworth and Joyce Makinson. The Doreen Williams cup will live with Carol for the next year. Thanks to Ian Harvey for organising and sponsoring the competition and thanks to everyone who helped with marking and measuring.
