It was agreed at a committee meeting on 4th April that all green bookings / reservations are made only by the Club Secretary and entered in the club diary.
Bookings can only be for exclusive use if a green fee is paid, otherwise any member may turn up to bowl and cannot be turned away.
The shared spreadsheet (created by Andy Tighe) which was originally introduced to comply with Covid regulations, is now only for informal use, and can be used merely as a vehicle to give an indication to other users that they will be on the green at a particular time, which members may find of interest. It does not constitute a formal green reservation nor indicate exclusive use of the green.
A Green Availability calendar has now been added to the website GREEN AVAILABILITY CLICK HERE
This shows the same information as the Club Diary, ie: formally booked activities. Follow the directions on the page to download to your phone if you wish.
